Each farm client undergoes a thorough pre-qualification process aimed at expediting due diligence and financial underwriting. Project opportunities are outlined in a confidential prospectus detailing farm size, location, ownership and operating history, wet cow equivalency, herd composition, manure handling practices, bedding, barn environment, gas pipeline infrastructure, and other factors.
